Staff are currently processing fees (cheques dropped off), answering phones, and emails. The Office is also open for in person appointments with restrictions. Appointments must be made by contacting the office via email or by phone, and available between the hours of 9AM - 5PM, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, AND 10:30AM - 7:30PM on Thursdays.

At this time we will only book appointments for members who require to come in person. Reasons Include:
- Payments via cash or debit (cheque payments must be mailed or dropped off in our building mail slot. Credit card payments online or through TELEPAY only).
- Membership cards. All new members must register by email prior to coming in..
We are encouraging members to avoid coming to the office unless necessary. We will be screening members and handling any issue we can via phone or email.
Members who make an appointment must come to the office alone unless more than 1 family member from the same household requires a membership card.
