Invoices for your Annual Membership Fees were mailed out in March. The due date printed on your invoice will be April 1st, but due to the current situation with COVID-19 the Board extended the due date to June 1, 2020. Fees are now past due and interest will be applied to all accounts. Also, members with outstanding fees will not be granted access to the facility. NOTE: The Office is Open at this time for debit and cash payments in person but an appointment is required. We are also still processing cheque payments and answering phone calls and emails. If paying by cheque, please place in our building mail slot (which is emptied with regularity) or mail via post. Please refer to the Office Procedure document if you would like to make an appointment.
IMPORTANT: Membership fees are mandatory, not optional. Membership fee charges are secured by an encumbrance which is registered on the title to your property. If you are not sure whether you must pay the fee, please review the most updated version of your certificate of title and determine if there is an encumbrance registered by McKenzie Lake Residents Association. If there is an encumbrance then it is mandatory for you to pay the fee.
