DANGER- The thin Ice signs have been removed but the ice beneath the island bridge remains Closed due to safety concerns. Barricades are blocking off the area so please STAY OUT!
Top Rink Skating - OPEN - Good condition. No sticks or pucks permitted on this rink. The fire pit will be lit at 4pm on weekdays and noon on weekends.
Tobogganing - OPEN - Hard and fast. More snow needed to improve conditions.
Ice Fishing - OPEN - Please DO NOT drill any holes near any ice surface.
Hockey Rinks - OPEN - Good Condition. The Zamboni is grooming the hockey rinks.
Lake Skating Paths - OPEN - The entire pathway is open except under the island bridge. Please STAY OUT of this area. The Zamboni is grooming most sections of the pathway except the small sections on the North and South side of the Island bridge. These areas are cleared of snow but are very rough and therefore not recommended for skating at this time.
GUEST RULE CHANGES
Effective immediately, the following new guest limits apply:
1. 10 guests per member per day (if over the age of 16), with a household maximum of 10 guests per day.
2. If you have more than 10 guests you must advise the office in advance. Pending office approval, you may sign in up to 25 guests but must fill out an Association guest list in advance of the date. The household will be limited to one guest list (25 guests) per day.
3. For groups larger than 25, you must make a special request to the office. Special request will be limited to twice annually per household and the total number of guests is at the discretion of the General Manager.

Invoices for your Annual Membership Fees were mailed out in March. Payments were due April 1st and your payment will ensure access to the park and lake from April 1, 2018 to March 31, 2019.
IMPORTANT: Membership fees are mandatory, not optional. Membership fee charges are secured by an encumbrance which is registered on the title to your property. If you are not sure whether you must pay the fee, please review the most updated version of your certificate of title and determine if there is an encumbrance registered by McKenzie Lake Residents Association. If there is an encumbrance then it is mandatory for you to pay the fee.
